Has anyone ever won a european cup with a low competitive country like ireland or wales or n ireland!
Has anyone ever managed to do this or raise the co effcients in a league hugely, creating a more competitive league and attracting better players to all clubs, is this even possible? How long did it take? Do you have screenshots etc
