Default Injured substitutions - defeating the bloody object.

I'm in a little run of late whereby so many players I've just brought on (for whatever reason) have to get taken back off straight away due to injury. Perhaps in their over zealous attempts to prove their worth, they rushed headlong into every challenge, and done themselves a mischief?

It's not a bug or anything like that, I'm not complaining as it's just a coincidental thing at the minute, I just wanted to know if many other managers are experiencing the same sort of thing?

it's happened to me on a couple of occasions, and each time it's usually my third sub. But that's football for you.
