I've seen this question asked 8 or 9 times before, and it's always hard to answer because it all depends on how fast you like things to go.

EVERY league?
Is that even possible?

Exactly as Swarfega Says there, it all depends on you and your patience.

I've seen one guy post a thread "hey guys, I'm running 50 leagues and my computer is really slow. Why is this?"
Lol.
I run all English, Scottish, Spanish and Italian leagues, large database, and 3 DDTs on quite a poor computer, and thats about my limit.

I'm running all countries with all divisions.
Also, I'm retaining every player in the database with a .ddt-file without experiencing any performance problems.

Of course, you have to have a PC that can do the job.
I recently bought a new PC with a quad-core and 4GB of RAM dedicated to FM08 and I guess you have to have something along those lines in order to be able to run the whole thing.
