Why do some players have random PA in the game?

So that it's random. Simple enough really. Every game can turn up a different PA. Keep you guessing.

Because some players have bags of potential, yet it's hard (and a little unfair) to put an exact number on it.
So a random number is assigned like -10 (170 - 200 PA), variable: Possible good player to great player.

so that you can't buy the same young unknown players every save, safe in the knowledge they will be superb. one game they could be 170 next 150.
