Right I know this is probably my own fault but it just plain shits me and makes me wonder why I play this game somethimes.
Right after about four years (Game time) I ended up at a relegated Aston Villa about halfway through the season with them sitting in 11th. They quickley climbed up the table and with 3 games left I was 9 points up and in an FA Cup Semi-final against a Championship level Leeds. I decided the game was in the bag and went on holiday, keep in mind that I had decided not to stay at thte club next year and had already rejected a contract extension. So yeah I went on holiday won my last three games comfortably but lost to Leeds, it didn't bother me that much but when I came back I had signed a new contract, ****ed as hell I just gae an ultimatem to the board asking for more money. I left the club with my stats far down and another group of supporters that hate me, I marched on to Yeovil and so far all is good.
I have recently started to go on holiday when I have a match with less importance. This is the only way I can "speed" through and simulate games Before I have been playing each game, and it takes forever.
But true, be careful with the holiday as the AI is not working in a way, that common sensed people would. And I know a couple of common sensed people!
