Just before a Champions League semi 1st leg with Inter I lose 5 players for my champions league tie with inter, i go 2-0 up with Adebayor my only available striker, play fantastically, end up losing 3-2. Now I have clichy suspended for the second leg, players unfit, in total i am missing 8 players for the return leg, clichy and van persie suspended, hleb injured, fabregas unfit, sagna and eduardo cruciate knee ligaments, denilson and walcott broken wrist. My first team squad is exhausted and i must score too! Wish me luck!

This is why Rafa goes for rotation.

Personally I have 2 teams, one for league one for cup. Only at the very end of the season do I encounter these kinds of problems and on a much lesser scale.

i got through, i became very defensive and the understudy for the suspended gael clichy - armand traore got the only goal in stoppage time to send me through on away goals

Thats what I do as well, its a safe option plus it keeps everyone hapy, win-win

i used to but u find i am more likely to win things keeping the same team as much as possible

I dislike Rafa rotation policy but it works wonder for me in FM!

Buy more players!

I have 3 players for each position, and have 2 line ups, cup and league.

Always in FM, towards end of season, injuries will happen. Also you could reduce training to light and rest.
