Default Crazy Fixture Schedule

Any else ever came across such a crazy fixture schedule such as your last 4 Premier League games in 1 week?

Due to cancellations earlier in the season, I ended up have 4 games in 1 week. Game sunday, game wednesday, game Friday and game again sunday.

Nice way to finish off the season.

No way in the work would this happen IRL.

Maybe not 4 games in a week, but I recall something very similar. Might have been Arsenal one season IRL.

I remember having 3 games in 5 days before. It was down to Domestic and European Cup matches taking over my schedule!

I've heard that if your team becomes successful in Northern Ireland the fixture list can be clogged up at the end of the season, something like 10 games in just over 2 weeks or so i've heard. Someone else will be able to clarify this for me.

That was my issue. I had FA Cup and Champions League as well. Just seems like a crazy situation.

This has been a problem for several version now - I had 4 matches in 6 days (and 8 matches in the last two weeks) on FM06. I'm just lucky I wasn't in the FA cup final as well

Yep.

I was Cork City in the second season. The group stage of the Setanta (All-Ireland) Cup was supposed to happen in Febuary/March, but the qualifier wasn't 'til March, so the group stages came straight after that.

I ended up playing 7 Setanta Cup matches in the space of 2 weeks.

I think it was something like, Sunday, Wednesday, Saturday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Monday. I ended up finishing top of my group with only dropping two points

Staunton did scout one of my players for Ireland, but I deleted the file by accident and the only other one I had was from before that game...I won the game by an extra goal, but it wasn't really worth it

I played 5 games in 5 days in Northern Ireland with FM07, that was pretty hectic.

I've played 3 in 5 days. The first two were bang next to each other. Luckily I had a big squad.

I played 3 matches in 3 days followed by 2 matches with a day break. It was with Arsenal.

I was in all four competitions, FA replays 3 times and World Club Championship.

The fixtures could have recked my season as I lost 4 out of the 5 matches, but was well in front to win the league.
