Problem with the match engine?
I don't know about you lot, but every time I make a tactical change and then return to the match screen the game seems to stutter. It happens for a while before then going back to 'normal' speed. Does anyone else get this and if so do SI know about it?

What I've read is that the game is decided as soon as you hit the button for kick off. The rest of the game is regenerated if you make a tactical change and hit confirm. This "stuttering" that you notice is probably the rest of the game being generated.

Hasn't happened in previous Football Manager's. Will this being looked at when the patch is released.

This has happened to me as well - it also happens all the time after a goal is scored and they all stutter back for the kick off

I prefer the old way. The stuttering really gets on my nerves. Why SI changes I don't understand anyway. If it's not broke don't fix it.
