No, this is isn't a dig at the confidence aspect of the game (we know that isn't perfect at the moment). I sold one of my key players for my Gillingham side having received what I considered to be a decent bid - £250K for a player valued at £40K (Simon King). Whilst the fans are vocal about my signings, they say nothing about the times when I sell decent moneys.
I'd like to see a little bit of fan pressure when you sell a decent player (though it would have to be done well so that if a player doesn't play or whatever, the fans don't give a hoot - or if a player obviously wants to leave, or if it is good money, the fans don't mind so much).

That's very weird. I'm massively overachieving at the moment. Gillingham have told me that they want me to establish ourselves in League one, but I'm currently second in my second season having finished in the play-offs in the first season. Yet my board have never been more than "pleased" and are often simply "satisfied". Yet I've performed way above expectations in the league and our finances are amazing - I've maxed out that confidence bar.
