The only one I can think of is

an agent representing one of your players demands a new contract for his client even if the player has years to run on his contract. To an extent this is already in the game.

well, when negotiating contracts it could say 10% will be awarded to the players agent or representative

its these subtle changes that make it realistic

anyway, agents play a major role in the game nowadays and i'm sure you could involve them than that

such as direct interaction between manager and agent to persuade a player to stay or go???

I agree that agents need to have a larger role in the game.

It would help with unattached players being able to target clubs they are interested in joining, also as happens IRL as the selling club you could use agents to your advantage with them acting a facilitators arranging deals to transfer players you are having difficulty in shifting.

possibly you could have a something whereby if there is a player you wish to sell you can instruct their agent to search for a new club and they come bcak to you with the highest bidder/bidders. because i dislike how when you offer a player out or someone makes an enquiry you genuinely have no idea how much they will work fork out

Whenever a club accepts my response to an enquiry I get p'ed off cos I always think I could have asked for more

Agent contacted me and showed me a video of his client who was interested in signing for me, or something like that.
