1. Download them from somewhere like sortitoutsi.net

2. Extract them

3. Put the kits here: CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2006\data\graphics\pictures\kits\clubs\eng

4. Put the facepacks here: CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2006\data\graphics\pictures\players\eng

5. Turn the skin cache off then reload the skin
