I see your point about the breadcrumbs, however with things like the search box, quickflicks etc being up there too it draws the attention to that area. Having all the main features up the top draws the users attention to that area instead of 'reading down'.
The blue/green combination is something I didn't like at first however now I like it. It's beter than having a green baclground and green graphics on top of it, having a blue background makes the graphics more prominent.
So far opinion has been mixed on whether this version is an improvement or not, however after using the skin for a few days I find it it a lot easy to use, easier on the eyes and a lot more fresh. Hopefully others will feel the same
