They are all showing in graphics>pictures>clubs>league files, but are not showing in game. Anyone have any idea why this might be?

Go into preferences in your game and untick the box saying Use Skin Cache, then click confirm  .

That's already unticked. Sometimes when I click on the teams information section the kits show up, but then they're not there next time. It's very hit and miss.

I moved them into another folder outside of programme files.

Dude all i can suggest is deleting the old kits,tbh it used to happen to me the only way i resolved it was by installing FM again.
This was only because i had downloaded so much s***,i didn't know where it all was downloaded too.
Btw where did you download this pack from?
