open the conig xml files for your kits.Check that there is no mistakes or missing config lines.for example
a full config line should look like this>>>

<record from="teame_name" to="graphics/pictures/team/club id/kits/home"/>


some times a config line can say manchester-united-home to="

when it should say manchester_united_home to="

its a simple mistake that many people make and it can easily be corrected by editing the config line.
