i edited a tema in italian serie c and spanish second division 2 using the editor but when i load the editor in the game it cant let me choose italy league n spanish league. can someone please help me?? thanks a lot

Did you save the edited database as something other than the default? And if so when you started the game did you select the newly saved and newly named DB?

From 'Advanced Options' can you locate the section where you select leagues to play?
