Hi i keep losing loads of money in the merchandise section,puting my club in debt how can i stop it? what stat should it be?

A common problem, I keep on losing 700K each month in the 'other' section and my balance at was only 3M.
In order to keep my balance stable I use the FMM realtime editor. The amount that I lose in the 'other' section, I add back up to my balance.
