how to change the balance???

i think an SI person should come in here and answer this...please help

Simply increasing your rep will not be sufficient. You also need to have a major stadium in you want to give your club a huge balance. At least in FM2006 it worked that way.
And if that still doesn't work then download a realtime memory editor like FMM 2.1, that definitely helps to up your balance. And if you can not increase it up to the amount you would like, then you can easily add cash up to the amount that is allowed whenever you seem to round out of cash.

I use FMM 2.1 to correct the finance bug. At the end of the month when I get my financial report, I look what has been taken from me under 'other expenditures' and I add it back to my balance using FMM 2.1. That helps to keep my balance stable.

THe finance part of my editor is all over the place. If I increase the values, they sometimes go up but sometimes go down - but NEVER by the ammount I've changed them. It really needs fixing as I want to give Colchester a little extra to spend and they end up with less!

Without using FMM, is there any way to fix this apparent bug. For example, playing as Man Utd, in the editor, I set both the Transfer budget and the clubs balance to 2,000,000,000. Transfer budget comes out fine, but the balance is still limited o 20million. Their rep is 10,000 and all the directors are set with "20" in their "resources" attributes. Its really annoying as i can have a massive transfer budget, but then I go into debt really quicky - please help?
