Sorry if this has been asked before but I did have a look to see if i can find a topic on it, but whats the difference between a -10 player and a player that has an ability of 170 or 180 or something, why are some players minus when other just have a 3 digit number? is a -10 better than a 180 for example? Thanks!

a -10 player have a PA ranging from 170 to 200

so he might be better than a player with a PA of 180, or might not
