Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default help with re-training

sorry if this has been asked before but i was wondering if anyone could help me with understanding re-training players. I have a few questions:
1. What age is the best to re-train?
2. Do they keep their positions they already have?
3. How long on average should it take?

Who were you thinking of retraining, and where to?

there is a hidden attribute that dictates how fast they will retrain.

playing them in the position helps the process... I have Rafinha, and he has many stats of a good AMR, so I played him there and his AMR skill went up much faster than when it was just on his training schedule.
