What team instructions do I need to make a 532 formation work well. ie. what tempo,width and mentality do I need to set. Im not sure how to set this tactic up effectively as it is my first time ive tried to use this tactic?

do you mean the attacking 451 that is in the defualt tactics or do you mean 4 defenders, 2 midfielders, 3 attacking midfielders etc?

if you mean a 4231 style tactic i may be able to help a little

451 attacking that is in the default tactics with 4 defenders, 1 def midfielder 4 midfielders and 1 striker

ive never used this tactic as i think its too defensive but i would have thought slow tempo and short passing seen as most of your players are concentrated close together also i wouldnt go too attacking with your mentality

which other attacking formations are there which only use 1 striker and 5 midfielders?

4-2-3-1, 4-4-1-1, 4-3-2-1, 4-3-3 (with wingers that is) basicly just push the circles around and find something you like
