Intense training categories (Shooting, Goalkeeping, etc.) and injuries
We all know putting the overall sliders on training above Medium is asking for injuries. All of my players are on Medium overall or less (less if they complain about high training workload). However, I do have one question- do injuries increase when you have high intensities on individual training aspects, such as shooting or goal keeping? I've seemed to fallen victim to the bug/"feature" in FM2007 where a good portion of my starting players get injured during practice (I had 7 key players injured at one given time), and other than just random happenstance I can only attribute it to the high intensity of their individual workouts for training. For instance, I have my GKs training on Intense for Goalkeeping and my strikers High for Shooting. Most other attributes are Medium to Low, with still just Medium overall.
So, do high intensities for individual training categories = high injuries, too?

Intense training categories (Shooting, Goalkeeping, etc.) and injuries Post #2
I have never had overall training categories over medium but am forever suffering with long injury lists.
I had the same thoughts as you so all the individual levels I had on high, I reduced to the last level of medium. Since doing this my number of injuries has decreased dramatically.
Obviously it's not definitive evidence but it has worked for me so give it a go.

Thanks, Joebailey. Anyone else have any ideas if this impacts injuries, too? Unfortunately this would seem to encourage well-rounded, but not as highly-effective of players, though I suppose that may be a bit more realistic.
