I've read alot lately about the importance of mentality in the games and creating several tactics seems to be the way forward according to certain threads.

My question about this is.. Are we changing the mentality to almost match the opposition as in there positions on the pitch, or is it the actual mentality of the team that people are trying to match the opposition?

it seems to me that creating the exact opposite to what you think the AI will be using, and if you wish to tweak individual instructions then you can do, but for me i tweak the team's mentality to opposite what i think my opponents will be using, seems to work pretty well for me
