Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default Copying training & multi-monitor support

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned, but something I'd like to see in FM08 would be the ability to easily copy training schedules within the program. Sure, you can copy the actual files outside of the game and then import the copies, but that's pretty cumbersome. I hate having to re-create multiple training schedules manually!

And while we're at it, it would be really awesome if FM07 supported multiple monitors. So, I could have one window open in one monitor with my squad and another in the training view and switch between them.

You can export multiple training schedules into one file. That's not very cumbersome.

As for multiple monitors: OK, but I for one don't have more than one monitor. I'm guessing that's the same for 90% of the people who buy the game.

Hmm, but if you play in windowed mode, you might be able to squeeze two screens on to one monitor.

I think multi-monitor support would work quite well with Football Manager, there's just so much data in the game, anything to help accessibility would be great.

To clarify- I was asking for the ability to highlight a training schedule and click a Copy button. I shouldn't have to go outside the user interface, find the training file, and then duplicate it from there.

Another reason for the multi-monitor request- you can't adjust column widths. If you could just do that, things would be so much better. How cool would that be if you could customize your own views of columns to just include what you wanted to see? For instance, Age, Position, Ability A, Ability B, Contract Status, etc. as well as change the widths of those columns. That'd be sweet.
