Does anybody use this? - where every player is set to the same mentalty. In the manual it mentions that the mentalities should be similar in order for your team to play together as a unit, so you'd think this iwould be a good system.

Has anyone used it for a full season and if so what are the advantages and disadvantages of using it?

I've thought of using this, never tried it before though. Can't see any reason why it wouldn't work.

works great in italy , gives your team a very tight defence

Yes I use global mentality. Seems to work great for me. I do change it before and during game depending on the opposition.

I use global a lot in a 442Diamond. The only player I make sure is separate and more defense is the DMC with hard tackling and closing down often. Three quarter through and I am in second place in League Two with Pools.
