I am currently managing R. Madrid in 2009 and Arsenal accepted a structured deal of 27 million for Vela. Is he worth it? I've heard that he's a pretty good player. But I'm not 100% sure seeing from his stats. They are good but don't look extraordinary.

In mine he has:
Dribbling 16
Finishing 17
passing 14
Acc 15
Pace 18
etc...

And he is 20 yrs old. What do you think? And does he play well as a lone striker?

Definitely! On one of my old games, he was worth around 40M by the time he was around 20-22. His stats grow immensely as well so don't worry about that. 27M is a bargain!

He still have a good 4 years ahead of him to develop. And he's one of the best young strikers in the game. 27M is definitely a good price. He'll probably be worth double that by the time he's 24!
