Last year I thought this was missing and needed. A lot of people come on asking people to improve their team, have their topic locked and told to post in the RMT thread, get an 8/10 and start whinging about it.
Use this thread if you want to know your weaknesses, need better players to achieve a certain goal, etc.
Please arrange it in a similar format to this:
Team Name: Athletico Madrid
Remaining budget: 2 million
Squad and positions: Leo Franco (GK)...
Areas I think I need to improve on: Defence
Goal: Win the title, gain promotion in 3 years, stay up etc.
