Default Right Back for Chelsea!

I have started a new game with Chelsea and need a right back first and foremost.
With a £30m kitty and the sales of SWP, Pizarro, Ferreira & Bridge (along with hopefully selling Sidwell & Sheva) I have over £50m to spend on transfers.
Dani Alves is too much to spend on one player for me, so I was looking at Rafinha at Schalke. He looks awesome except his tackling at 12 is not too strong. Will this improve, and is he worth getting? If he is how much roughly do you think I can get him for.
I am also moving for Banega, Marcelo, Guardado, Gyan, a host of youngsters & possibly a striker so I don't want to pay over the top!
Is there also a young RB I can buy to act as cover?

Rafinha is more of an attacking fullback, much like Ratinho (another highly rated DR if you want pace and attacking qualities).
For a solid DR I personally like Cassani, but there are loads of options about. It depends if you want attacking fullbacks, or more defensively solid fullbacks.

You could try to get Eboue from Arsenal. He wont be a first teamer anymore with the arrival Sagna and might be available cheap. Dont know for sure though. Plus there's also the rivalry between the clubs.

I'm not a big fan of Rafinha at RB although many swear by him. I dont like any of my defenders to be so poor defensively. I think he's much better as AMR or MR.

Have a look at Zaccardo (Palermo). He would be available for 5M odd and is very solid defensively and can also cross the ball well. There's also Cassani who plays for Palermo as well. Pretty good.

Have a look at Valon Behrami as well. Excellent RB or AMR. If you want a youngster as backup, Marvin Angulo is full of potential and is available for next to nothing at the start of the game. Excellent bargain. My favourite young RB though is De Silvestri. Else, Abenzoar is also worth a look.

You shouldnt have sold SWP. Unlike real life, he's very good in the game and can actually cross the ball (I'm not kidding). And also, forget Guardado in the first season. He wont come as he's just moved clubs. Get him the next season though. Brilliant kid.
