Miguel Torres. He's a DLRC. Natural in all 3 positions. He's excellent too. Only problem would be if he'll want to come to Lyon. Else Chiellini & Criscito obviously although not sure if you'll get them in that budget. Chiellini sometimes moves to Spain and if he has, he should have a min fee release clause. Have a look and it might be affordable. Else Guy Demel & Joleon Lescott are both good and can play either side. Particularly Demel who can play DMC and DR as well.

and with DLC i mean (i play with 3 DC's) he needs to play at the left side of my backline

i'm already bidding for torres, looks good but real are reluctant to let him, what price do you think he would go for??
I've got no idea how much he'll cost mate. But he wont be cheap I'm sure. Probably towards the end of your budget, if not more. Check his release clause. He signed a contract with a release clause of 13-14M in one of my previous games. See what the scouts say.
