I think it's a nice start, I think the background could use a little more detail and the way the text is, it gives the feel of double vision, which is probably what you wanted but it's a bit hard on the eyes, maybe try and make it more like the effect you used on Garcia. Keep at it.

i dont know what the links is between the player of monaco and the parma logo,
the render need to stand out more,
the font doesnt fits the sig,
try to change the bg colour,

I don't like the colors of the bg, the player should be above the bg layer in my opinion, add a black 1px border cause the current one is hard so see

Garcia: you need more details to add to the background to add depth. then you might wanna work on the text a lil' more. choose a different font and add something to the text like for example the number, team and such things.

Parma: The color appears to be 'dirty'. Then it's better to choose a color which actually fits the colors of the render i.e. if you have a Monaco player I'd suggest you to make the sig in red and white tones. The text needs work as well and don't just overlay the whole sig with a colored layer. You want to blend the pic without losing the focusing effect of a render. Here the render gets totally lost. Keep at it!
