I thought I'd have a go with the milk drinkers nightmare (for those whp are old enough to remember the advert).

I had $20k to start with as a budget with a mandate to rebuild the team. Any decent players that I should sign? At the moment (10 games in) I am 6th, but struggling to score enough goals. Is there a part time postman out there willing to don the shirt for me and bag 20 goals a year?

RTH!!!!This is not the place for tips! sorry (not) and by the way always best to start in the lowest posible division (though I'm not sure what version of the game you playing), as it keeps the local happy.

Before those with less patience than me wake up and have an apoplexy please can I ask you to read the LLaMa forum rules at the top of the forum.

We do not recommend any players, ever. It is your job to find them yourself using your scouts, just like a real life non-league manager.

I managed Stanley in my first FM campaign with the demo and hold them in great affection. Good luck with them but if yo uwant to post in this forum please do read and stick to the rules

Healthy as a guy who travels 5 hours a day for work and sleeps sod all due to newborn, working the next 15 days without break including weekends and not getting any again due to newborn!!

Damn those newborns! It's a good job they're cute or there would be trouble!

Aye, pretty good ta. Not as healthy as I could be, but my occupation makes sure that'll always be the case. We started shifts on Monday after working constant dayshift in the Clinic for 4 months, so the nightshift will do my head in as ever.

He's taking his time, the new bloke...
