Default Apply for Job, is it okay?

To play according to the LLM rules is it okay to apply for Jobs or do you have to wait until you get a job offered to you? currently playing an cm0102 LLM game and i never get job offers. so applying is a must to get other jobs.

It's fine for me, I never got job offers, on CM01/02, so I applied for new jobs to keep the career interesting.

Applying is fine as long as it is realistic. You shouldn't be applying for Premiership jobs if you are a Conference manager for example, not that you would get it anyway but you see my point.

The "accepted" rule of thumb is two divisions above your current, I say "accepted" because we tend to wait for offers, or apply one division above.

By default, when the question in style: "Is this possible/allowed?" appears, I tend to say NO!

Although I think it is OK to apply for a job.

As long as you keep your job offers realistic I don't see a problem with it.

As long as the move is realistic and you can justify it, then everything is fine.

Personally, I only move to a club beneath me in the league. Idea being that my new chairman goes "Why are my team with a bigger reputation behind those minnows in the league. I know, I'll poach their manager".

Aha good so i guess my move from Northwich Victoria (Con) to Kidderminster (3rd Div old style) is a justifiable one, nice. On with my first LLM career!
