I always use my own name, anything else would be stupid IMO. Why should I call myself something else?

And I always put in my favourite club, no matter where I'm managing. Being a Norwegian also helps in the first few seasons. You don't get approached by a gazillion clubs, which does get annoying when you have no plans of bailing out.

Anywhere else I usually stick with being a Dane though.

Sort of me. In my current Bradford Park Avenue campaign I'm 'Andy Llama'.

But I use mt real age then get progressively depressed as I see the years fly by. Will I still be managing when I'm Sir Andy Llama?

Own name and age, but nationality of the league. Just for some more realism.

Ofcourse there will be examples of foreigners managing LLM clubs IRL, but the vast majority will have the nationality of the league they're in.
(It might be a bit different in the UK though because of the multiple nationalities in only one country...)
