I have, for the first time, taken up the challenge of proper Lower League Management. Using the acclaimed 'Random Team Generator', Unknown Hungarian Jan Horvat has taken up the management post at FC Caracal in the Romanian Second Division Group 2.
Chairman, Jahani Farid, welcomes me to the job and I am given 800M ROL to stay clear of relegation from the league.
On first glance, the team is definatly nothing special, although they are unusually young. A decent sized squad ranging in age from 16-25. A bit of experience may need to be brought in, and the best players in the squad seem to all be on loan from larger Romanian Clubs.
Staff wise, I have one of everything. My wage budget is at 142M ROL and I have been given room to expand that too 285M ROL.

The 800M ROL transfer money I was given is 14k GBP.
Good luck in Romania, its a fun league. £14k is a fair amount of money for the 2nd division and Caracal arefairly strong so thats not a bad place to start.
