Welcome to the forum. Make sure you have read all the rules, including the new ones posted yesterday.

I have managed Blackpool before and yes the board are realistic in what they believe the club can achievev. It's up to you to prove them wrong.

As Adam said, starting at Blackpool isn't LLM, not by any stretch of the imagination. However, you may have started at a Lower League Club and moved to Blackpool.

New Rules say that an update must have a 3 season qualifying period, or you e-mail the Mods to ask for an early start.
