I keep finding reasons to like you Allmans are in my top three, and I have had the pleasure of seeing them perform over a dozen times and it's always a good show (oops, that is coming suspiciously close to bragging isn't it...)

Pandurii Tirgu Jiu Romanian 1st Division

Started poorly but after some messing around with my tactics never really looked like going down. About half way through the season there was even a remote chance of a European spot but it was never really on and I settle for mid-table obscurity, well above everyones expectations. we're still letting in too many goals but we're also scoring lots so my shaky defence doesn't really hurt this season

Making money is quite easy in the top flight and I end the season with a reasonably healthy bank balance. Despite this the board continue to set a ridiculously low wage limit. My star (Montserattian international????) forward is going to leave now and I haven't a cat in hells chance of replacing him with a player of similar quality.

Cup 4th Round A Tractorul 1-1 (2-1 on pens - it was embarrassing)

Next season is going to be tough and I'm thinking of resigning if the board wont let me offer decent wages.
