Pandurii Tirgu Jiu - 2nd Division Group 2
The baord expect me to bounce straight back and I cant blame them. The squad is stronger then the side that went down last year and I don't lose any key players so my expectations were high.
And it all goes pretty much as plan. We win the league with way too many draws but only two defeats, one of them coming after we're promoted.
The real story of the season is my cup run though. We get easy draws until the 4th round. Then we start beating top flight sides. Unheard of. We make it through to the semi where we play FC National who are top of the league. We win the away leg 2-1 and with 30 mins gone we are 2-0 in the home leg and I'm having visions of European football. Then they remember that they are one of the best sides in the country. 5 unanswered goals later and its all over.
League 1st - Pd 30 W 17 D 11 L 2 F 59 A 24 Gd +35 Pts 60 (2 Points were deducted because I din't get 22 points the previous season)

Because of our cup run I will start a season with the club in the black (just)for thr first time ever.
