ok, and im assuming youve been successful with your club here, been there a couple of years, turned the side in to a good matching team, now got a good set up at the club, players that you want in your team.
your starting to get your name known around in the football circle, then some club a division or two above where you are right now comes in and offers you there managerial job,
the question is do you take it? there are always going to be some teams you have to say yes to, but if its some other club, do you go for it and have to spend all that time turning the team round to the way you want it run, or do you stick it out with the team youve got and hope that you will be there in that league with your first team??
It's up to you. If you feel that you have taken your club as far as you can then consider moving. If not, consider it anyway.
The final choice is always yours and the only question is, does it feel right?
There is nothing worse than ditching a side prematurely, and there is plenty of time for other job offers to come in.
I usually wait three or four seasons before even considering a job offer, (unless I've been relegated out the bottom league ) and even then most people here would jump up one division at most when the right time comes.
We do as we feel like . No one is forcing you to stay put at the same club for 20 seasons, or jump ships every 6 months. It's up to you and your enjoyment of your game

You describe my career
I came in this position and jumped. Spend 4 seasons and some months at one club, then jumped 2 leagues up. To me it seemed a realistic move, I did turn down several joboffers before.
But if YOU think it's not a realistic deal, then stay where you are.
