Board and supporters expectations are clear: avoid relegation.
But we weren't that bad, a good start saw us climb the table fast to settle just outside the playoffs.
Around februari we semi-collapsed, dropping slow but steady to 15th place (just outside relegation playoffs) making us battling against the playoffs. A few wins took turn with a few losing streaks but we ere slightly better then the teams beneath us.
Another problem however were the finances. Cuiopelli's wage bill was a total disaster, we found our wage bill at around 1 million a year (euro, dutch bloke here), and that was exactly how much we were in the red at the end of the season. gate receipts were barely enough to cover the ground maintenance and i saw that all the waster-contracts expired the season after.
