I don't think that the jump is unrealistic in my case, as you have mentioned I have a reputation. You wouldn't say to the current England manger when his tenure is up "Sorry mate but you have to go back to Leek Town before you can manage another Country" would you!!!

I have won the FA Trophy and the Conference South, what more could you possibly want??

It's all academic really, I will be starting a new game when I can eventually get my hands on the new patch. It seems that mods get preferential treatment!
