I remember I had a player banned for 9 months for hiting a ref.

Yeah, one of my reserves got banned for about 9 months for punching a ref. I didn't fine him though, the ref deserved it: shocking decision.

I gave my player a warning for being sent off, he complained that I had been too harsh!

The guy was suspended for 5 matches!! I think I had good reason!

I have the unfortunate task of working with him!

I persuaded him that LLM was the way to go as he was off goofing around in the premiership asking me who the good players were and what tactics he should use. I said "Have you not read the forum header!?" I can't do that!!

Still after that post I wish I had left him to his unsatisfying venture with the Chelseas of this world.
