Someone remind me why I play this bloody game?
I was up 'til 03:30 trying to avoid missing a playoff place, we were on a run...6 wins and three draws in the last 9 games had us
just above Tamworth...and I
knew if I went to bed we'd lose the momentum.

iajaferesque season last one, with the signing of 34 new players, and the wage bill descending into scarlet. To counter that (slightly) we sold 7 players for £400k (including all three top players from the season before
) and another three retired.
Reserves and U-18's did okay sucking ass, losing 3-2 to Brizzel City in the FA Cup 3rd round and
winning the FA Trophy with a fine win over Tamworth, who we also eventually beat in the playoff final to win promotion to the Football League.
No players signed this season, close season still, and no money or wages available to do so anyway, but my scouts are looking.
I hate 46 game seasons. Cups will be treated with disdain this season.
