The loyalty also reflects loyalty towards your players (actually until this game I thought it was only affected by player relations). Say if you give your players warnings/fines for poor performance or similar things your loyalty will drop.

I agree the stats are rubbish, but they still reflect what you have done in your game (to some degree)

2008-09 Sachsen Leipzig (Regionalliga North)
Again it is fight bravely for relegation, and since I can't really attract quality players, it will no doubt be a hard fought season again.
It looks a bit better than last season, I'm in 13th at Christmas, and the young talent I've brought in a starting to get better. Perhaps I can get a promotion spot next year if the spring season goes a bit better. The main problem is that nobody that already has a club will even consider playing for us So it's only free transfers for me. I suspect that my status as a Semi-profesional club doesn't help either. Anybody knows anything you can do about that?

Anyway, the season ends pretty much like it started... well actually it turned into a fight for survival.
League: #14 P34 8W 9D 17L 43-49 33p (21 goals scored by my best striker, so he becomes topscorer)
Cup: We weren't invited (this really is a club for those who thinks Cups Suck Arse)

2009-10 Sachsen Leipzig (Regionallige Nord)
It's the usual battle for relegation, but (again?) I'm optimistic. I've signed some more young hopefulls, and sold some of the ones that didn't quite make it. After a few games I decide to split unless things improve quickly. They don't so the 25th October I am announced as the new manager of Pisa in Seria C1/A.
League: #17 P13 3W 2D 8L 16-22 11p (league expanded to 20 teams, so I'm not rock bottom)
Cup: again, no invitation.

Pisa are 5th (13p after 7games) in the league and has 300K for transfers. Wage budget is 40K. I win quite a lot, and spend christmas in 2nd position 3 points after Treviso. I catch up with them quickly enough and I'm 6 points clear at one point. A slump sends me down to 2nd again though (equal on points with Treviso) and I have to do the playoffs. In the semi-final I play Ravenna, and due to extremely bad keeping I lose 2-1 over 2 legs

League: #2 P36 W20 D10 L6 55-22 70p

2010-11 Pisa (Serie C1/A)
In the summer I sell some disgruntled players for a total of £2,2mio which should keep my books in black for quite a while. The loss of these players of course cost me points in the league so in november I change to a more defensive tactic. A stroke of luck/genius it seems as I afterwards win 5 in a row.
It turns out to be luck, and I spend most of the season lurking just below the playoff spots. One of my players gets chosen for the Italian U21's and he decide to celebrate by breaking his leg, so no international debut this time round. My goalie is also of some calibre, and I will have trouble keeping him unless we get promoted soon, as premier league clubs Sunderland, Oxford and Newcastle are lurking in the shadows.

League: #8 P36 W12 D15 L9 35-26 51p
I'm beginning to think something is wrong here.. The Serie C Cup hasn't been played since 2005, and I'm not invited to the real cup.. so again I can concentrate on the League
