I get a 30K transfer budget and wages are cut to 15K (I'll be working in this). The board expect me to win the league and the fans will settle for a title challange, so the pressure is on now. The bookies give me 8-1 to gain promotion. At this point i kinda bankrupt the club due to an unexpexted transfer compensation of 600K!!. Fortunately somebody injects a bid of cash in the club and I sell a number of players so bankruptcy is avoided.
Bad start as usual, after the Vans exit I turn the boat (sort of) and win 2 in a row just to get fired

League: Pos# 19 P10 2W 2D 6L 12-20 8p
Vans Trophy: Defeat in 1st rd. at Blackpool(L1) 8-1 (They really should have fired me after this one, in the first half Blackpool get 5 goals on 3 shots... amazing)

Now I'll be looking for a new club to relegate

2006-07 Maidenhead United (Conference South)
When I take over Maidenhead are 5th in the league, we have 23 players, 12K transfer budget, and a wage budget of £2,700. The board and fans just want a safe mid-table position so that's good Unfortunately we're out of the FA Cup.
It starts out nicely with me winning the first 5 games. We loose only one game before newyears, so for once I must be doing something right. We stay in the playoffs all season, but we can't catch up with Dag&Red who take the title with 5 matches to go. Due to an end-season slump (LLDDLD in the last 6) the Magpies finish in 3rd place. In the play-offs I win over Bath on penalties in the semi final. Unfortunately my players are kind of spent after that, so I loose the southern final to Margate. Margate are beaten by Worcester in the final so we get the pleasure of getting back at them next season (hopefully). During the season I've signed a lot of free players on £50 wages, so my squad is quite big now

FA Trophy: Defeat in 5th rd. at home to Braintree(ILP) 1-2 (Damn, I was kinda hoping I could win that Trophy)

Braintree are blessed in the FA Trophy....won it two times with them in my game. Shame they lose first round of LDV every year.

2007-08 Sachsen Leipzig (Regionalliga North)
Jumped ship again, this time not cuz' I'm about to get fired. But newly promoted Sachsen Leipzig is an offer I can't resist. I have a budget of 15K but is only using 5K, and with a transfer budget of 400K I can hopefully get in some quality players. The board and fans expect a battle against relegation, and knowing myself, so do I. however we will need to get promoted soon or the upkeep on Zentralstadion (44K allseater) will surely kill us. Anyway I dispatch my 2 scouts and start buying/signing players while the season gets underway.

It's mid-table mediocrity from the get-go, and we finally settle on a 11th place.

I've had an average of a club every two years and my loyalty is at 13!!! I guess my 4 years plus at Villa Nova (Brazil) helped

The proof: after 15 years at one club, during which I never applied for another job, my loyalty rating was 4!
