Default Hopping from club-to-club.

Playing all the english leagues, with scottish 3rd division and up...

04/05 with Lewes: Had a few decent players, and after being told to battle relegation by everyone i managed a decent 10th place finish. Transfer budget of nothing, and a wage budget similar to that. Didn't sign anyone during the season. Att:1045

05/06 with Lewes: Added a few ex-premiership players, but only 1 took a first team space, and my wage budget was overetended. Finished 4th in the CS, but lost to Newport in the playoff finals 2-0. Att:1540!

06/07: Jumped to conference side Cheltenham for a little less than half a season, and had them in 8th position. Tired of England briefly, i moved on to Albion who were struggling in the scottish 2nd. I kept them 2 points clear of relegation for a long time, but fell to the relegation spot on the last day, but i quickly fled to the safety of Wrexham in Wales.

07/08 season: I spent all of 75 days in Wales before being offered the Oxford-U job, which I took. There manager slot was open despite being promoted to L1 the previous season. I was told to battle, and I did, we caught our form late, and finished 11th. Att:9105 (up 2k from last year)

Should i stay, or is it time to move on again. If the cobblers job comes open, I might be forced to apply.

Is that a normal question or a rhetorical one? Do whatever you want, as long as it's a realistic move.

Well I just finished the 08/09 season, and it was a good one.

I was given 10-1 to gain promotion, the fans wanted top-half, and the board wanted respectability.

I picked up an extra striker from my old club Wrexham, so I could have a rotation of 3. I also picked up 2 mf's (both are good), and a great prospect at aml was brought up through my youth system.

I sold my young star keeper to a EC team that I can't remember right now for $2.0m, a great fee considering I had no chance of extending his soon-to-be-expired contract. I replaced him with a 21year-old, who actually performed better this season, then the old gk ever did.

Every position was set with depth, and I actually felt confident of promotion. I got off to a great start, and never slowed down. I climbed to the top position by the 12th match, and except for a few weeks, never gave it up. We, along with SheffWed rand away from the pack, and I secured automatic promotion with 5 left to play, and I secured the championship a week later. I finished with 98 points.

My striking trio combined for 63 goals, and 3 of my midfielders had 5+ goals. I had to give up my most promising defender mid-season because Millwall matched his minimum release fee ($1.05m), but i quickly replaced him with a Aston Villa reserve.

Easily the most fun season to play because we scored so many goals including one which curved into the goal from the corner, and came right back out without hitting anything.

As usual I requested a stadium expansion from my current 12,500 all-seater, and a facilities upgrade from adequate. Hopefully I can stay awhile in the Championship.

I'll be staying here for awhile since Northampton won L2 and are going up (again).
