Yeah, ditto here. I also use chopper99's tip - which, I, too, almost posted "good tip" to - and between those three things

- scheduling in May
- choosing the team first rather than the date first
- offering 40% to 50% to the visiting team

I almost always get exactly the schedule I ask for, the first time out.
