What about the over-achieving bug? Would i have to play a few months of game time before this is resolved or would this be fixed as soon as the patch is installed? Its just that i don't think i can cling to my job for much longer!

If you mean the board confidence long term plans one, the updated beta patch fixed it.

This is never an issue for me. I always wait for the patch to be released before starting my first career.
