Alright, I understand that good D C's are hard to come by, but should it be expected that teams are looking for more than 3 or 4 times the amount of a player's value in the January transfer window?

Ex. Player valued at $200K US, team wants $646K Us

Ex2. Value is $180K US and team wants a whopping $1.55 Million US.

Btw, it is not just two players. It more like 10.

Try looking for a player who isn't first choice at their current team.

Or perhaps someone who is wanting to leave/wants first team football.

But yep, just think what you would ask if a club was sniffing around your first team players, and then decide if you think it is reasonable.

That is the problem. I am trying to pluck reserve players from the CH. Or, I am trying to grab a relegation threatened starter from my League 1. No dice, but I know what you are saying. Maybe January is too early to get a real deal.

You should see the price tags I slap on players I dont want to sell. So yes, it makes sense.
