rite whats happenin is everytime i go to join my friends network game it always says unable to connect so i read the forums followed the guide line and still says the same any help people can giv me please

please help because its really ticking me off

first make sure you are using the same versions i.e both un-patched or both using the same BETA patches.

Next make sure the PC's can see each other BEFORE starting the game. Test this by pinging each others PC's IP addresses or PC Names and getting a reply back from within a command prompt. If you don't know how to do this then say so and i will give instructions.

Another thing is make sure that you both have disabled your firewalls. i.e any Norton security etc. (although do this if you are sure its safe to, like you both wont be surfing the net or have internet access during this time.)
