Recently i went on the database to update a few transfers that have taken place recently, after i save it and start a new game it gets so far when loading, it gets as far as the manager shortlists and then it doesn't do anything and stops responding and i have to close the game down, why is thia?

Obviously your edited database is causing a conflict with something. Try booting up a new game without the transfers edited and see if it loads up okay. If it does then you have your answer as to what the problem is.

I've tried that and the game loads up fine when i load up the unedited database so i know there's a problem somewhere but i don't know why as i've done this loads of times before on other games and it's always been ok, any ideas what might be causing it?

Sorry no. I don't edit the database on my game bar competition names. Editors Hideaway Forum might be your best place for help.
