I've seen a few crazy match highlights in my time, but this one has to be the winner!...

85th minute, 2-1 down in a league game against Swindon (I'm playing as Tranmere). We push forward and manage to grab an equaliser.

My players are celebrating in the Swindon penalty area, and my goalkeeper decides to run the length of the pitch to join them!

He then decides to helpfully get the ball out of their net for them(!), and starts going back to his goal.

Swindon take a quick centre, with everyone in position, except for my keeper, who is standing by the CENTRE CIRCLE!

Swindon player rolls the ball 60 yards straight into my goal from the kick off!

Surely everyone has to be in position before a kick off can be taken?!

(Hope the screenshots work cos i've never done them before).

The only requirement is that the oppossition players are all in their own half-insude the centre circle is not allowed as they have to outside for the game to restart.

I think all player should be in their half, so your GK was in his half, but not where he should have been.

That's hilarious and it famously happened during a game when the keeper scored and was so slow getting back after being congratulated by everyone that he looked up and saw the ball fly over his head. You can see the clip on pretty much any video sharing site. So, yeah, what FrazT said.

FrazT is absoultely correct.

Ive seen this in many rl games. When the celebrating team have enetered their own half, the opposition has kicked off and scored.

It may not be air, buts its the rules.

Though i think that goalkeepers would not do that in rl, they may get caught heading back, but not like that. Its has to be an ingame flaw, or something or the sort.

Whos seen the video of the keeper who took a penalty, scored, was running back and got chipped without seeing the ball as the team has kicked off, it was brilliant!

Fair enough.
I'm disappointed but I'll take it on the chin.

The keeper is a regen who was only playing because my first choice is injured.
He's got fairly high eccentricity (14), so maybe thats got something to do with it?
